Tizian Jost

Born 1966 in Kassel/ North Germany

Since 1985 has been working in Munich as a professional Jazz piano player. He's an asked for ensemble player and has recorded over 60 CD’s with different groups and in different styles. Having worked in a huge variety of genres - Modern Jazz, Brazilian Music, Classical Cross Over - he’s playing yet remains always rooted in the tradition of this wonderful music called Hard Bop. He has been teaching Jazz piano since 1995 at the former Richard-Strauss-Konservatorium and after the association with the University of Music and Performing Arts, Munich continues his teachings there.
